Revamp of the Docufind website focused on improving UI/UX for document storage using RFID technology. Created multiple design templates, with the client selecting a variant that enhances data display and navigation. Developed a cohesive design resource for typography and color scheme to ensure a consistent user experience.

Docufind provides a solution for storing important company documents so they are easy to record, monitor and find. With RFID technology and UI which can make it easier for users to record and search for stored documents.
My colleague asked me to make various design template and a design system for this website. All briefing, sharing assets and discussion are doing on whatsapp. In this project, My colleague role is a Project Manager (PM) and PT Duta Kalingga Pratama Ltd. is a Project Owner.
Jobdesk and Responsibility
I have responsibility to giving some creative idea about design of website dashboard platform for data collection and monitoring of important company data purpose.
Before this project launch, the website is already active but the still need touch of UI Design and need to revamp some part of website to making the website is more user friendly and also mobile responsive.
Ideation and conceptualization
I created a group of design documents and designed them based on previously available website templates. I made 3 design template variants each for desktop and mobile displays. Processing the 3 template variants takes 1 day. Once finished, I give time for the client to choose a variant and add input for the chosen design and in the end the 2nd variant is chosen by the client. Consent Area:

In this project, I conceptualized and crafted a comprehensive Design Resource focusing on Typography and Color Scheme for an enhanced user experience. By meticulously curating fonts and color palettes, I aimed to establish a cohesive visual identity that resonated with the brand's essence and catered to user preferences. This resource served as a foundational tool in guiding design decisions, ensuring consistency across various digital touchpoints and ultimately enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Achievements, Impact & documentation
Homescreen variant #2 was chosen by the client because they felt it was more suitable for displaying more informative data and easier to understand navigation. After that, I then prepared the required documentation such as color and typography.
