About project

In the financial industry, transaction disputes are a common challenge faced by various institutions. This Dispute Management Dashboard is designed to assist finance teams and customer service representatives in handling transaction disputes more systematically and accurately, especially within the BI-FAST payment system managed by Bank Indonesia. With advanced search features, real-time status monitoring, and automatic escalation, this system ensures faster and well-documented dispute resolution. This design follows a user-centered design approach, prioritizing ease of use and an intuitive user experience. The color scheme, layout, and visual elements are carefully crafted to help users quickly grasp key information and take appropriate actions. Features such as filters, transaction ID search, and a clear dispute status display enhance efficiency and transparency in the resolution process. This dashboard can be implemented across various financial systems, including banking and fintech, to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in BI-FAST-based transactions—an initiative by Bank Indonesia for a more modern and real-time national payment system.
