PRULindungi Syariah X UOB

Challenge

Designing a platform to sell PRULindungi Syariah insurance policies with accident and disability coverage, embedded in the UOB Bank app, requires simplifying complex information into an intuitive and clear user flow. The challenge is to integrate this new feature seamlessly while maintaining consistency with UOB’s existing design. The platform must also effectively communicate the additional coverage without overwhelming users, ensuring security, ease of use, and a smooth transaction process within the banking app environment.

Task responsibility

Collaborated closely with the business owner to gather detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), ensuring a clear understanding of the business objectives and user needs. This involved translating business workflows into intuitive UI flows, ensuring that the platform not only meets functional requirements but also provides a seamless user experience. By aligning design solutions with business goals, I ensured that the UI design was both efficient and effective in driving the desired user interactions, while maintaining consistency with the overall brand and Shariah principles of the product.
